Hi everyone,

I am looking for any information on Amédée Lévesque, born about 1864 in Quebec, Canada. He is my grandfather's grandfather.
*Married Marie Médérise Choquette in Adams, Massachusetts in 1883.
*Died 1893 in Massachusetts of Pneumonia.
*He is also listed as Edward Levac on some records.
*Amédée and Marie had 5 children of which one died as an infant. My great grandfather Edmund is one of these.
*Marie died in 1901 and their children went to live with their Uncle William Choquette.

His parents names are probably Jean Baptiste (Levesque) and Henriette Chenier (or Annriette Chainey or some other variation). These names come from a Massachusetts marriage record but they are difficult to read.

Jean Baptiste Levesque seems to be a pretty common name and his mother's name is very hard to read, so I am having trouble tracking down who Amédée's parents are.
