The Missouri State Archive’s death certificates database (http://www.sos.mo.gov/archives/resources/deathcertificates) includes a death certificate for housekeeper Mary Jane Lewallen (1851-1930), the wife of Aquilla Lewallen and the daughter of John Harris and Susanna Fishbaugh, both born in Ohio. According to her death certificate, for which the Informant was William Lewallen of Stewartsville, Missouri, Mary Jane (Harris) Lewallen was born in Delta [Fulton County], Ohio, and died in Dekalb, Camden County, Missouri.
