David James Liberatore Jr., 21, Clarksville, died Sunday, Dec. 24, 2006, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Neal-Tarpley Chapel, with the Rev. George Pruitt officiating.
Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until the hour of the service Saturday at the funeral home.
Neal-Tarpley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
He was born Feb. 1, 1985, in Clarksville, son of David James Liberatore Sr. and Louise Hampton Liberatore.
He was a student at UT and was a landscaper.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by three brothers, Sunny, Adam, and Michael Liberatore, Clarksville; a sister, Rita Kelly, Dallas, TX; grandparents, Jim and Barbara Nichols, grand-uncle, Bobby Jackson, uncles, Jeff Liberatore, Robert Nichols, Leonard Hampton, Sherman Hampton, Jimmy Hampton; grand-aunt, Betty Jackson; aunts, Jenny Brown, Elizabeth Hampton, Maria Hampton; sister-in-law, Crystal Liberatore; nephew, Devon Liberatore; niece, Kara Liberatore; cousins, Bo Liberatore, John Brown, Christal Brown, Sharon Campbell, Gerald Campbell, Madison Campbell, April Forest, Richard Boatwright, Brad McCreery, Shawn Hampton, Ryan Hampton, Sara Hampton, Katie Hampton, Nicole Hampton, Timmy Hampton, Christopher Hampton, Megan Hampton, Kimberly Carson, Kristina Hampton, Kaleb Hampton, Samantha Hampton, Brian McCreery, and Jayden Carson.
