Surnames: Ligon & Harrison
Charles Seth Ligon bought land 1 Jan 1829 Cumberland Co. VA. from Charles & Elizabeth Womack. Charles was from Powhatan Co. VA. He was in the 1830 Census with a wife and two girls under five ( Lavinia 1827 & Francis 1829). His wife was Virginia C. Harrison. Were they married in Powhatan or Cumberland Co. VA.?
