I never noticed this before but The history of Logan county says Robert Lilly's son was a Jr. not III Also in the 1830 census Robert Lilly is a sr his son is a Jr. So I don't think it is possible that Roberts dad was Robert Lilly and Bridget conley like most post say. I have searched many sources including census records from Monroe county,montgomery county, fluvana county, and logan county for some clue but I still can't find anything. With records destroyed in the 1812 war we may never know.
