LIMBACH, Dorothy "Dotty" Anne a life-long resident of Fairborn and Yellow Springs, Ohio passed away on Saturday, January 28, 2012 at the Friends Care Community in Yellow Springs, OHIO. She was 73 years old.

Dotty will be remembered for her love of genealogy, books, felines, and nature.

She volunteered for many years with the Greene County, Ohio Historical Society where she often spoke and taught about her passion, genealogy.

She enjoyed her walks in "the Glen" Glen Helen and loved to collect unique rock specimens.
Dotty spent most of her career at the Kettering Research Lab in Yellow Springs working as a research scientist. Later in her career she worked for Wright State University in their telecommunications department.
Dotty was a member of the Trinity United Church of Christ. She is preceded in death by her mother and father, Margaret and Wilton Limbach.
She is survived by her brother, Ronald and his wife, Myra. She is also survived by her niece Jessica Limbach of Fairborn, Ohio, niece Rhonda Long and daughters Angelique and Janel of Clearwater, FL and their children, and her nephew Mark Limbach, his wife Sharon, and son Alexander of Seaside, CA.
The family plans a private viewing, followed by a memorial service for family and friends which will be held for Dotty at the Burcham Jennings Funeral Home, Fairborn on Thursday, February 9, 6-7 PM.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Greene County (Ohio) Historical Society.
