Re: Linimon/Linamen/Linamon/ Loniman/Lennimon family in Arkansas

The only thing I know about Arthur Linamon is that he told me his father came riding home on a horse and said, "The posse's after me," and then he rode off and was never heard from again. I love this part of my family history but Grandpa Linamon was quite a kidder so I don't know if this is true or not. Family history wasn't important back then. Wish I could go back to when I was young and had the smarts to ask about my grandparents' lives. ~~ Linda Linimon Love, Cedar Falls, IA

Thomas Linamen and Mary Marshall are my grandparents(My fathers parents)<br>If you have any questions at all, you can contact me. They had a large hand in raising me, along with my parents, so I can probably answer any question you might have.

Linimon/Linamen/Linamon/ Loniman/Lennimon family in Arkansas

I'm looking for information on the ancestry of Arthur Linamon of Arkansas, who was married to Myrtle May Brand and had two children, William Albert Linimon and Arval Edward Linamon. The family name has many different spellings on different records as well as within the family. I believe Arthur had a brother, Grady. Would like to find information about other siblings as well as ancestors.
