I am looking for possible family/ancestors of my mother who was born 2/13/1931 in San Francisco. We have been trying to get her original birth certificate for a long time. The story is that she was adopted from St Elizabeths in SF. Her mother was suppossedly 15 and there was a grandmother who was not well enough to care for her. She was released for adoption a few months laster. I have the adoption records but don't have the names of her parents. She is dying of cancer and it would be a blessing to let her know I found her heritage .
