Looking for more information on John N. Linsey of Warren County, Kentucky. He was married to Nancy Thornton in Warren, Kentucky about 1833. Nancy died in 1845 John and Nancy had five children ages 10 years to 71/2 months at the time of her death.

John married again (wife's name unknown). This wife died (May 14, 1859) leaving John with an infant daughter 6 months old.

John married again on August 25, 1859 (wife's name unknown). At the time of this marriage all of his children were living.

I have two letters written by him to his brother in law Joel Thornton (brother of John's first wife Nancy Thornton). In those letters, John does not mention the names or sexes of his children nor the names of the other two wives. The letters are written from Bowling Green, Warren, Kentucky in 1845 and 1859.
