I am wondering if anyone knows that they are directly related to James De Lisle or James Lisle, he married Penianah Doudna (there are many spellings of her name, this is the REAL one)I have information on them that might be of use to you. I did some digging around and found HUGE "reports" on them. I found the Lisle coat of arms. This particular Lisle family is from France. Please e-mail me and I will help you out as much as possible. I would like to learn more about his family tree. I have the relations all the way back to the 1700's.
