Trying to locate information on Giles Little. Born Sep 1852 in Andalusia, Covington Co., AL to Thomas Little and Susannah Mancel. He married Hepsey. Maiden name unknown about 1877 in Alabama. Have seen her name listed as Hepsey, Elsie and Epsey on census. She was born abt. May 1865 in presumably Alabama and died after the 1930 census in Florida. Giles died in February 1918 in Brewton, Escambia Co., AL. I have seen his name listed as Niles in the 1900 Milton, Santa Rosa Co., FL Census.

Giles and Hepsey had 5 children:
Horace Littles - b. 27 Sep 1877 d. 8 Nov 1949
Ezra Little - b. 30 dec 1879 d. 18 June 1952
Dennis L. Little - b. May 1882 d. 15 Mar 1960
Alice Littles - b. June 1884 d. aft 1920 census
Viola L. Littles - b. 8 Aug 1886 d. 14 Jul 1963

Note that some of the children used the Littles spelling while the rest used Little.

Horace and his wife Clara M. seemed to have stayed in Alabama.

Ezra and his wife Siddey C. Roberson moved to Santa Rosa Co., FL between 1920 and 1930. Both are buried at the Cora Baptist Church Cemetery in Jay, FL

Dennis L. and his wife, Alice Lambeth moved to Jay, Santa Rosa Co., FL before 1930. They are also buried at the Cora Baptist Church Cemetery.

Alice is listed on the 1920 Santa Rosa Co., FL Census living with her sister, Viola. Have no other information on her. If she married it was after the 1930 census was taken and it was possibly to an unknown Ward.

Viola L. and her husband William T. Wolfe made their home in Santa Rosa Co., FL as well. Rumor has it they are buried at Springhill/New Springhill Cemetery but haven't been able to locate this cemetery and prove or disprove the information. Note: Viola is listed as Ola on the census records and William is sometimes listed as Willie.
