MALONE — Ivah A. Livernois, 63, of Howard Avenue in Malone, N.Y., died Monday, Nov. 5, 2001, at the New York University Medical Center in New York City, N.Y. She had been a patient there since October 24, 2001.
She was born in Malone, March 11, 1938, the daughter of the late Theodore and Lois (Boyca) Raville.
She attended local schools.
On Oct. 26, 1985, she was united in marriage to Alvin F. Livernois in Malone. He survives.
Mrs. Livernois was a homemaker. She enjoyed collecting dolls and playing several musical instruments. She enjoyed spending time with her family and her grandchildren.
Along with her husband, Alvin, she is survived by her step mother, Myrtle Raville of the Alice Hyde Nursing Home in Malone; four sons and three daughters-in-law, Bruce and Brenda Conners of Chasm Falls, NY., Steven Conners of Honolulu, Hawaii, Tim and Shiela Conners of Burke, N.Y., and Marvin and Zonalyn Conners of Massena, N.Y.; two daughters and sons-in-law, Donna and Charles Disotelle Jr. of Chasm Falls and Diane and Mark Anderson of Thornburg, Va.; one stepson and his wife, Steven and Sandy Livernois of Canton, N.Y.; six brothers and four sisters-in-law, Allen and Frances Raville of Duane Stage, N.Y., Everett and Liz Raville of Chasm Falls, Francis and Jane Raville of Mountain View, N.Y., Richard Raville of Duane, N.Y., Lyndon and Lucille Raville of Chasm Falls, N.Y., and Marvin Raville of Lake Titus, N.Y.; three sisters, and brothers-in-law, Beverly and Joseph Robideau of Chasm Falls, Eleanor and William McClain of Malone and Martha and Michael Brady of West Minster, Colo.; a sister-in-law, Mrs. Gordon Frances Raville of Chasm Falls; six grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by one brother, Gordon Raville.
Calling hours will be Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Bruso-Desnoyers Funeral Home in Malone. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Saturday at 10 a.m. at St. Helen’s Church in Chasm Falls, N.Y. Burial will be in St. Helen’s Cemetery.
Donations may be made in her memory to the Organ Donor-Recipient Support Group.
