A representative of the Delaware State Department of Transportation is looking for a photograph of Arthur G. Livingston, who was a Bridge Design Engineer for the State of Delaware from 1918 -1948. They are working on an historical piece for that agency, and cannot find a photo of him in their archives. If you can help, please email Robert B.
