While going through some newly acquired photo albums, I came across a photo of a Rev. William S. Lockard. Since most of the pictures in the album were taken in East Liverpool, Ohio, I assume that this picture might have been taken there. I have enclosed a copy of the picture in hopes that someone might recognize him. The other names in this photo album were Smith, Bashaw, & Makell.
