Thos Arthur Lockyer who married Harriet Catchlove s/where in England?

Surnames: LOCKYER CATCHLOVE
This ancestor's son, Edward Catchlove Lockyer (born 15/2/1839 some where in England) became mayor of Burra in South Australia. I do not know where they came from in England. The son was involved in the Unicorn Brewery,Burra. I wonder if he came from Lincolnshire where there is a brewery of this name? All leads most welcome
