my maternal grandfather was swan loften. he was married to alice bowman of chicago, ill. they moved to south dakota in the 1920's. i am looking for and information on the loften family. i beleive swan had a brother pete loften from north dakota. swan and pete took their mother's maiden name of loften. their father's name was olafson. any info would be greatly appreciated.
