I was unable to reach you via direct email so am posting here in hopes you will somehow receive this message.

Today I met someone who I think is related to you. She is a granddaughter of Edward. It came up in a casual conversation and I had recalled a communication or something with the LOGA surname some time ago. I checked and sure enough, had answered one of your queries on this Jefferson County page back in 2000.

P.S. Are you in Jefferson Co? Looking at your old email address, I'm thinking you might be. I grew up in Jeff. Co. and am nearby. The person I met lives in Waukesha Co.

In your research, did you find any information on Alexsandra Loga (born 1820's-1830's)or her father, Johann Loga (born 1805) and her mother, Anna Caroline Schendel (born 1805)? Alexsandra gave birth to Caroline Rozalia Ratajski. They lived in Prussia (in the Brodnica, Poland area). I am a Ratajski and a descendant of the Loga and the Schendel family. Any information would be much appreciated. My research ends at 1805 but the information I have is not detailed.

One other thing. I do have relatives living in Gays Mills, WI and in Madison, WI, The one in Madison his last name is Loga. He tells me that he is the last one who can use that name as releting to the old familt property

My father came to America in 1898. THe Name of the family estate is Loga. His name on arriving here was Bernt Hanssen Loga. He and my mother were married in 1907 in Crawford Co. WI. Who knows maybe we are related. I have taken my father's family back to the year 730.

Edward William Loga married Flora Bell Dobson July 19, 1905, in Fort Atkinson, Jefferson County, WI. Flora was born July 1885 in Ellenboro, Grant County, WI
