Don't forget that in germany/Poland, the names were frequently changed as far as spelling.
By limiting yourself to only one Surname option, you may miss out on research!
Los is, as far as I can tell by my own research, a possible variant of Loose, Lose, Loosen, Lohse, Loze
My line is Loose, and I've found documents that have four different siblings of the same parents, all with different spellings of the surname.
