Lough men from Monongalia County, WV for men's DNA testing

I am looking for Lough men who are interested in their Monongalia and Marion County, West Virginia genealogy.
We are coordinating a world-wide Lowe-Low-Loe-Lough-Loew men's DNA testing project at FTDNA in Houston to sort out the various colonial lineages of this family in the Virginias and Maryland.
Last week, we had a close DNA marker match with the Lowes of Marion County, West Virginia who are from Monongalia, West Virginia. These Lowes have a Nimrod and a Newton Lowe as does the family of the Loughs in Marion County, so I believe these two families might be closely related.
A 25 marker DNA of a Lough male from this Monongalia lineage would prove this kinship if he matches with our Lowe male from Marion County, West Virginia. If you are interested please contact me.
