David LOWDEN (b 1861 Angus f William LOWDEN m Helen RITCHIE).

Married 3 August 1889 to Anne FAIRWEATHER in Kirriemuir.

Anne married Charles STEWART on 23 Dec 1895 (by declaration) she gave her surname as FAIRWEATHER not LOWDEN and stated she was a spinster!!!! (Anne and Charles had a daughter in 1891 who was given the name Jane STEWART FAIRWEATHER - not LOWDEN -I have RCE paternity)

What happened to David LOWDEN between 1889 and 1895?? Is it possible there was a type of divorce or did he die.

Can anyone shed any light on the matter for me?
