Hi! I have a Frederick William LOWER (also known as Frederick LOWER ELDRED) in our family tree. He was father to Ellen Letitia ELDRED LOWER (whose birth was registered as Ellen Letitia LOWER ELDRED) in 1866 in Adelaide, Sth. Aust. [Mother: Letitia HILLS]. Ellen became the loved mother & grandmother to my Cook family.
