I am looking for relatives of the Lowery family from Montoursville, Lycoming Co, PA. The father's name was Elbert, but he went by the name Bud, born around 1920. His wife's name was Mary and daughters Joyce Ann and Carlotta. I have pictures of this family that I discovered in my mother's attic after she passed away. I think that Joyce Ann was my mother's maid of honor at her wedding in 1961.
