I am looking for information on Delilah Lowman, date of birth and parents unknown. Delilah is listed in the Burke County Bastardy Book for 1777- 1884 as name of mother, date, 16 Jun 1873, bondsman is John Lutz and Isaah Mosteller. I believe her to be the mother of my great grandmother, Minnie Mae Mosteller, born in 1873, her father was Calvin Mosteller. Minnie married Jessie Alfred Moses
