John Lue Family ~ Mid 1800's

John Lue, b. 1820 in Switzerland, married Anna ? b. 1818 in Switzerland. They were married bef. 1852 and had 4 children that I know of:
Jacob, b. 1852 in Switz.
Mary, b. 1858 in Ohio
Pauline, b. 1860 in Ohio
Emma A., b. 1863 in Ohio.

Emma married Charles F. Peck, b. 1857 in Brecksville, Cuyahoga, Ohio. They married 1881 in Cuyahoga county, Ohio.
My family line is through Charles Peck. I just wanted to share this LUE family info with the list.

Some of the Peck family that Emma Lue married into, moved to McHenry, & Kane counties in Illinois.
Since I haven't really found any information on the Lue's, It's very possible that your Lue family is related to my Emma Lue.

Hello Joyce,
My gggrandfather married a Martha Lue in Carthage, Illinois. From what little I have found on her she was born in Ohio. So far you have been the only person that has any information on a Lue family that I have run across so far. Hopefully you may be of able to help.

Actually Martha Lue would have been my gggrandmother, her husband Calvin Ament died about 1856, and she remarried and ended up living till her death in Kansas. I haven't been able to find any information on the Lue family either. Like father, mother, or siblings. Although it seems like whichever direction I go in my family tree I run into major brick walls on my gggrandparents. Kind of frustrating, anyway thank you for the reply.
