Lugabihl Family Information

While researching my uncle's family tree, my aunt gave me a booklet of information about the Lugabihl family branch. I don't know who wrote all the information down, but I've found that it's really reliable and matches perfectly with official records.

This family mostly settled in Ohio and Michigan, but are in a few other states are well. It begins with Christian Lugabihl coming to the United States in 1825 with his brother John from Alsace-Lorraine.

If you are interested in any of the families listed, please reply and I'll give you all the information I have. It's a really lucky thing and I hope that it can help someone else.

CHRISTIAN LUGABIHL married KATHERINE (var. spellings) STAUFER in 1836. They settled in Allen County, Ohio, and had the following children:

1. SOLOMON LUGABIHL(23 Aug 1838 - 7 Dec 1916) married
ELIZABETH AUMSTUTZ (14 May 1842 - 14 May 1919)on 13 July
1860. They had the following children:
i. MATILDA (14 Mar 1861 - 9 May 1933) married
FREDERICK ADOLPH MAURER (16 Sep 1855 - 27 May 1925)
on 22 Jan 1878. They had 6 children:

Death of Mr. Vladimir Joseph Lugbil in China

Anyone interested in a copy of the U.S. Depatrment of State's "Report of the Death of an American Citizen" for Mr. Vladimir Joseph Lugbil, please contact me so I can conduct research to locate the record. Mr. Lugbil died in China on May 17, 1929.
