As an update to this post- i have made a lot of progress in the last few months. Found a cousin that has our tree traced to the 1600s in Duttenbrunn, Germany. If you are researching German Luger families (all of which are likely the same family) please contact me as i would love to make connections. Contact me if you have any relations to the Lugers of Peter Luger's steakhouse in NYC as this is my family.
