Off course Mario has a brother my father Renato, I told you , they are 6 brothers at all (4 brothers and 2 sisters).Once my uncle Mario is been contacted by another guy called Mario Luise that was from Naples, maybe this can be a relative of the painter of your mother's paint.

I live in Lynn, Massachusetts ... The paintings that my my mother purchased are by an A. Luise does Mario have a Brother? the paintings are of ships. My mother should be home in 2 weeks. That is when I am going to a place in Boston Massachusetts to look up records in the Birth, Death, Marriage & Immigration records. I hope my findings bring lots of records to research... Maybe you are related in my family line. One thing that I have learned is to ask as many questions about relatives while they are still alive. I am visiting the grave of my Great grandmother to find her real name. Hopefully if my nana is up to it I can find out more info about Antonio Luise (her father) She once told me that her father's relatives still live in the house he was born in. I will search for all information about the where abouts they came from. It gets very difficult because I can not read or speak Italian. So maybe in the future if I come across something you may be able to help me out. well hopefully when my mom arrives I will have more information.

unfortunatly I don't have any relatives in the Usa but almost all the Luise living in the north of Italy are related to my father(He has 6 brothers and a lot of cousins).
I have also an uncle called Mario that is a painter,and also he makes scultures made of Argilla he has also a website,and I will give you the web address as soon as I will get it so you can see what he can do.Where are you from exactly?

Hello Luca,

My Great grandmother's maiden name was Peluso
I know she had brothers. My nana tells me that she knows nothing about any relatives in Italy. My mother recently purchased 2 paintings at an art show from an artist "Luise" I tried to contact a Luise family in Naples that were ship builders but I got no reply. Do you have any idea of what your family tree looks like? I am waiting for my mother to arrive home so that we can research the Luise & Peluso side of my nana. If you would like when I find out more info, I will let you know. I know that My Great grandmother Lydia Peluso Luise and 3 of her brothers came to America via ship in the early 1900's my nana was born 1922.
I am trying to get my info from ancestry.com
