"Lukens, Robert A., 74, retired from Cessna, passed away October 1, 2005. Born on August 25, 1931 to Alfred and Helen (Donaldson) Lukens in Indianapolis, IN.
Funeral service will be Tuesday 11 a.m. at Haysville United Methodist Church. He is survived by loving wife of eight years, Coralie (Lathan); sons, Gary and Lanita Lukens of OK, Gordon Lukens of TX; daughters, Jayne and Sam Helmkamp of MO, Susan Buffalow of KS, Anne Beal of Wichita, KS, Pat and David Dickerson of Derby, KS, Janalee Holton and Robert Hill of Wichita, KS; stepdaughter, Donna Gregg of Haysville, KS; stepsons, Bruce and Toni Lathan of KS, Brian and Laurann Lathan of Peck, KS, Barry Lathan of Haysville, KS; 16 grandchildren; 7 step-grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his mother, Helen "Mo" Lukens of Indiana; one brother, Larry and Barbara Lukens of Indiana; three sisters, Marilyn and Guy Doyal of Michigan, Carolyn and Garry Scheuer of FL, Julie and Ted Meek of IN; a host of nieces and nephews and friends. Preceded in death by his father and one sister.
