My Greatgrandfather James (Lunsford) Wilson was b.1848 in NC. As a teenager got into trouble with the law and fled to MO., married and had the following children
Dora Verlon
Sue Effie
Dixie
Grover Cleavland
It is said that he changed his last name from Lunsford to
his mother's maiden name of Wilson.
