I'm searching for any information about the LUOMANEN family, surname origin and where the name came from. It's for a gift for a friend of mine who shares the last name. He's about 22-23 years old, in the Army (just came home from Iraq) and grew up in Minnesota. He's very proud of his heritage and has many things to say about being Finish.
