Hello Val, lovely to find you at last. My father Russell Bickerton died several years ago and he had among his possessions a copy of your book. The whereabouts of it is now unknown. I would like to purchase a copy of your book if it is all possible for my mother. Hoping to hear from you in regards to this and thank you for all that you done
