I'm new to genealogy but they tell me ppl came from Ireland to a location where they already had some family members. My grandparents came from County Cork to Charlestown Mass in 1900. They were Timothy & Mary (Sullivan) Lynch. They were newlyweds and went on to have eight children born in the Boston area. I believe Mary died in 1922.
