I am seeking information about Bernard "Barney" Lynch, who served as a sergeant in the 28th Regiment, Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, Company E (Civil War). His wife's name was Ellen. They are their three children lived in the Hanover - Ashley area of Luzerne County, Pennsylvania (1860-1880).
