I am a great-grand-daughter of Frances Lynch Main, who was orphaned in Quebec after the death of her mother, Marguarite Howley Lynch. Her Father, James Lynch, was from Galway and arrived in Quebec City shortly before Frances was born in November, 1859, and later put the child ,Frances Lynch, in an orphanage in Cheyenne, Wyoming-date unknown. Frances married William Main in 1879 in Cheyenne.
