Surnames: Lyons, Murphy
Looking for info on my gr grandfather Thomas Lyons born in Ireland in 1846 -- possibly in Dublin. He immigrated to the U.S. in 1865 and wound up in New Jersey. He married Bridget Murphy but it is unclear whether they married in Ireland or the U.S. They lived in Plainfield, Union County, until his death sometime between 1920-1930. I have no leads on his family in Ireland. If any of this sounds familiar, I would love to hear from you.
