I am seeking information on my great grandfather Lawrence Mabrey (Mabry) of Edgecombe County. He was born February 1866 and lived near Lower Conetoe, North Carolina, Township # 2. He later lived between Tarboro and Pinetops, North Carolina and worked on His farm (Mabry) Farm as a farmer.
He married hid first wife Henriette Dickens in 1885 and Amanda (Mandy) Norville in 1898. He was buried in the Mabry Cemetery on Woodland Road near Tarboro and Pinetops. Lawrence children are, Laray, Lawrence Jr., Maggie, Leroy, Claude, Lossie, and Ellen. Please help me find out who his parents were and where they were from, please reply.
