I have two lots of Ashworth's in my tree...One lot that seemed to reside round the Fletcher Fold part of Bury, Lancashire...(Off Manchester Rd) Some of this family moved to Radcliffe...Whitefield....Unsworth...
Anderton as a first name is in most generations....anyone with this family in their tree, please get intouch...

The second family of Ashworth's came from the Bradford area of Manchester (Ancoats it's also known as) I have William (1812) married to Mary Morris....Robert (1836)marrying Esther Wise...William married to Elizabeth Whatmore...Joseph married Elizabeth Beckett..these moved to Widnes and seemed to stay there...Jacob married Sarah Graham...I could go on with more...any of this familiar to anyone please contact me....
Some of these too ended up in Radcliffe...
