My second cousin, John McNeil, and I were trying to figure out our family tree. We did a lot of research on vital records here in Boston, MA, but we can't get to the info up in Cape Breton. I'm attaching a .jpeg image that shows the family tree. Some of it is incorrect. Any help would be great. We do know that when my grandfather, Andrew, came here, they dropped the "a" in MacNeil. So we are now "McNeil". John still goes back to Cape Breton once a year.
