John De Navarre Macomb, Jr. was born Jan. 24, 1877 in Branchport (Yates Co.), NY. As of 1898, he was living in Lawrence (Douglas Co.), KS. He joined the Sons of the American Revolution on Feb. 22, 1898, on behalf of the service of his Revolutionary War ancestor, Philip Livingston, who was a Signer of the Declaration of Independence.
