Michael and Jane Madden emigrated from Ireland in 1850. They settled in Manhattan and eventually moved to Williamsburg Brooklyn. They had 7 children, the oldest was born in Ireland, the rest were born in NY. Timothy, Jeremiah, Hugh, Martin, James, Mary Jane, and Michael. Mary Jane Madden born in 1862 was my GG Grandmother. She married a Michael Kelly and was widowed in 1891. She eventually remarried someone named Fischer, first name unknown. Any info much appreciated.
