My great great grandfather was Henry Hutton Maddock, born in Co. Dublin 1820. He married Anna Frances Bernard and had 11 children (7 born in Dublin and 4 born in Co Armagh, N Ireland).

According to the Griffith's valuations HH Maddock was a member of St Peter's Parish, Dublin. Family lore says he was a cousin of Sir Simon Maddock (Dublin).

Because of the loss of Irish records I have not been able to find any connection between Simon Maddock and Henry Hutton Maddock. Nor have I been able to adentify HH maddock's parents although I believe his mother's name was Mary. If anyone has any clues to help me in my search it would be appreciated
