I am sending you a desendant chart and would like to know if any of you might find anything familiar. I have been stuck at the 1860 census for many years and I have a lady that has helped to locate a possible lead in 1850 census where Williams parents may have been Maddens. Still researching this. I have traced William, Jehu, and Peggy Margaret back to the 1860 Monroe Co. TN census. I have found possible lead in McMinn Co. TN in1850 census that they were Maddens.
