Joe actually has a direct Madrid line - they were from Mexico. Santos Domingues and Piaquinta Madrid.

We're going to try to make it to the Madrid reunion in Greeley this summer.

Let me know as I am currently researching in the Mesilla records and have seen Damian listed.
Robert,
I have spoken to you before, but just realized while researching some cousin's Madrid line, that Tiburcio Madrid who was married to Victoria Provencio, was also married to a Tomasa Cadena at La Nuestra Senora De Guadalupe 10-20-1840. He was listed as a "Viudo" or widower on the record for his marriage to Tomasa Cadena that is tied in with my Cadena Tree. She was the daughter of Facundo Cadena and Maria Abalos. Facundo was also married to Agustina Saragosa, and had many Cadena children on my maternal side. Just thought I'd let you know. Talk again some time, Joe Bejarano at molly@etcrier.net
