Descendants of James Maguire of Philadelphia

My 2nd great-grandfather, James Maguire, was
an Irish immigrant. He was born Aug. 15, 1833
(unk. where in Ireland). I am still trying
to connect him to his parents and homeland/
date of immigration. The earliest records I
have on James is his enlistment in the 90th
PA Infantry during the Civil War from 1861-
62 but he was medically discharge due to
heart problems. He married Rosalie Martin
around 1858 and they had 8 children and
lived mainly in Philadelphia where James had
several liquor stores (one at 4th & Callowhill). I am descended from his son,
Thomas A. Maguire and grandson, Martin P.
Maguire. I do know a couple of collateral
lines are the McManus/Connelly families and
descendants live in the Delaware Valley today
