Searching for more info on John MAHAFFEY, 1787-1868, and his wife, Leah FOWLER, dau of Archibald FOWLER, all of Greenville Dist., SC. This John was supposedly the son of John MAHAFFEY and his wife, Phoebe LANGLEY, of Guilford Co., NC, but who moved to Greenville, SC.
I have found the name MAHAFFEY spelled numerous ways, and I will gladly take what I can find!
