There are Mahalas that live in Lexington North Carolina and Kernersville North Carolina. My grandfather was James Henry Mahala and his father was named Lee Mahala. I think Lee had a sister by the name and same spelling of Susannah. My father is Ward Holton Mahala and he currently resides in Kernersville.
