Maybe not much use to you, but here goes. In the new FamilySearch site, there is a Phoebe Maile (sic) baptised Sep 1733 Clent, with mother's name showing as Elizabeth Maile i.e. looks as though born out of wedlock.

I've had a look for a likely Elizabeth Male or Maile born in a likely age range in Clent or close by and came up with an Elizabeth Male baptised 20 Feb 1703 Pedmore, Worcestershire which is 2 miles away. The parents are shown as Edwad (sic) Male and Theodosia. This looks to be Theodosia Richards and that marriage took place 11 Nov 1703 — Chaddesley Corbett,Worcestershire - all these places in reasonable distance genealogically speaking to Kingswinford.

I have a large number of links with Kingswinford, although as yet, none includes Phoebe and/or her mother/grandparents.
