I have also found where the names a switched around and my great-grandfather was George Wallace Male and was always referred to as Wallace. The native american reference may be coming from Charity Mix (Ambrose's wife) ancestry. Her mother was Unis Gaffield and Unis's father was captured by Indians at a fort in Vermont and raised by them and then a French family. His father was killed in the attack and mother also taken prisoner but released later. You can search for Nathaniel Gaffield and you will find some interesting info plus a long line of ancestors.
The reference for the son Job is from the cemetery information and I'll have to look through my notes to see if I have anything else. The only reference I have to Libby's parents is her mother's name and she lived next door as evidenced by the census records. Also found a reference to her brother and his wife and kids in a separate record.
I am going back to Rochester in a few weeks and they have a wonderful reference library in Ogden/Spencerport where I hope to have time to do some more research and if I find anymore info I will post.
My family line is my grandmother was a Male (father was George Wallace) and she married a Denny (Dennee) from the Kingston, Canada area but both were already living in the Rochester area. This is my mother's side of family.
