I am looking for any information on the Malec Family who where resident in Cook County, Chicago, Illinois according to the 1930 US Census. Of particular interest is information reference the head of the family "Matthew Malec" born in Poland or Slovakland? about 1879 and emigrated to the US in 1901. Also very interested in his wife Anna (original surname unknown, also born in Slovakland? or possibly what is now the Czech Republic, born about 1882 and emigrated to US in 1903. Finally one of their sons i.e. Stephen Thomas Malec born 1921 in Cook County, Chicago, Illinois
