Married -- At the residence of M. Durst, northeast of this city, Tuesday, May 12, 1896, Wm. Mall of Kansas City and Miss Nannie Durst, and Rolly Durst and Miss Louisa Copping, Rev. S.B. Lucas officiating.
Theis was a quiet wedding, only the relatives of the contracting parties being present. Mr. mall is an employee of one of the large implement houses of Kansas City. The other parties are well known to Delphos people and will need no introduction by us. The Republican wishes them a long life of happiness and prosperity. (also) Wm. Mall and wife left yesterday morning for their home in Kansas City.

Mrs. H.L. Barker
Wilma Mall Dean was born Sept. 14, 1899, in Delphos and died at St. Thomas hospital April 6.
In 1927 she married Howard L. Barker. To this union were born a son, Dean Albert and a daughter, Melvarae.
Preceding her in death were her mother and father, Mr. and Mrs. William Mall, her stepfather, Harry Dean, three brothers, George Dean, Carliss Dean and Edwin Mall.
Surviving are her husband, Howard, son Dean, his wife Marcia and children, Debra, Mark, Heather, and Daniel of Colby, daughter Melvarae, her husband, Fred Law and children, Aaron, Bradley, and Brian of Hutchinson, her brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Dean of Minneapolis, her brother, William Dean of Eugene, Ore., and two sisters-in-law, Edith Dean of Fairless Hills, Pa., and Lenora Dean of Claremont, Calif., and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were conducted Wednesday afternoon, April 8, by Rev. Donald L. Gray from the Presbyterian church with Eastern Star graveside services at Beulah cemetery. Pallbearers were John Keith, Edward Jenkins, Calvin Gatlin, Bob Edgar, Edwin Golden and Gene Olson; the singers, Mrs. James M. Secrest and Joel O. Gunnels Jr., and the organist, Miss Nina Beaver.
A memorial fund has been established at Colby Community college and contributions may be left at either Colby bank.

My Great Granddaddy was born abt 1900. His name was Norman Isadore Mall, d. 1960. Married to Alma Olive Liles. Lived in WV for a time as that is where my grandparents met. I don't know if he has any siblings etc. My granddaddy, Gene Norman Mall has 2 siblings, James "Jim" Mall & JoAnn (Mall) Lancaster.

My Grandfather was John Hartley Mall. His fmaily originated in upper Michigan. They included, Nancy, Louis,Rose, Henry and a few others. My grandfather married and lived in Green Bay, Wi in the 1930's and 2 children before they divorced and he went to California. never heard from him again. Do any of these names sound familiar?

My great grandfather, William A. Mall (born in Belle Plaine, Iowa in 1861), died in 1958, in Freeport, Illinois. My grandfather, Ralph W. Mall (born in 1892, in Keystone, Iowa), also died in Freeport, Illinois; in 1970. Although I have no record of a Maurice Mall in my lineage, and your message has no date references, perhaps there is a connection.

My great grandfather, John H. Mall came from Pommern, Prussia with his wife, Henrietta Stritzel in 1872. They settled in Rochester, Monroe Co., NY. In 1876 they visited relatives in Wisconsin, maybe a brother or sister. Later my grandfather, William Mall, his wife Minnie, and his daughter, Lillian also made a visit around 1930's. I would love to find a Mall connection out there.

My friend, Charlotte is trying to locate her Mother's biological family and would like it if she could access any information about her Mother's biological parents.

At 15 yrs. old her Grandmother, Loretta Delhorn (could be spelled differently) gave birth to a baby girl on November 28, 1923 in New Orleans, LA. It is not known if Loretta lived there or not. She gave her daughter up for adoption and George and Hilda Mall adopted her when she was an infant.

George and Hilda (her sisters named Octavia, Thelma, Catherine)was from Chicago. Hilda's family lived there. They raised their adopted daughter in Pensacola, FL, her name is Edna Catherine Mall-Gent. She also was married to a Lambert, Burnett, and Wright. Edna is 79 yrs. old and is still alive, she is very interested in her family history also.

Please contact me if you know of this woman Loretta Delhorn and the biological father of Edna's.

Edna Catherine Mall-Gent's children are:
Jerry, Ronnie, and Linda Lambert, and Charlotte Burnette-Weber.

1956-2002

Judy K. Mall, 45, of Cheyenne died Feb. 16 at United Medical Center-West.
She was born March 16, 1956, in Denver.
Mrs. Mall had been a housewife.
She married David Mall on Feb. 22, 1975, of Berthoud, Colo.
She was affiliated with the Methodist Church.
Mrs. Mall is survived by her husband, David Mall of Cheyenne; son, Adam Mall of Cheyenne; daughter, Jackie Mall of Cheyenne; mother, Lillian Tuttle of Loveland, Colo.; brother, Jerry Tuttle of Loveland; Jenny Stroh of Estes Park, Colo.; and one grandson.
She was preceded in death by her father, Raymond C. Tuttle.
Memorial services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at the Schrader Chapel with the Rev. Raymond Scott officiating. Cremation has been conducted at Schrader's Sunset Park Crematory.

Note: I am of no relation, but my sympathies go out to those of you who are.

I am looking for infromation on the parents of John Mall b.1893 in Alleghney Pa. Brother to Christ Mall b.1888 also in Alleghney Pa. They are listed on the Pa 1910 Census Miracode Index. The head of houshold is listed as their mother Elisabeth Kruger, who remarried after their father had died. I need to know their fathers name and their mothers maiden name.They also had several older sisters but I can't find much on them. The parents immigrated from Germany, but without the exact name of their father I have reached a brick wall.

died 12 Dec 1942, buried in Homewood Cemetery in Pittsburgh.
Phillip married Minnie KRUMMERT on 31 May 1891 in Allegheny City, PA. Minnie was born 14 May 1871 died 4 May 1964 in PA.
